The following section, in conjunction with our Privacy Page, Returns Page and Delivery Page forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with GOoutdoors and you may be bound by the terms described herein. Web customers are offered a 10% discounted price on all items and access to exclusive deals (like Special offers) automatically by purchasing through our website. To take advantage of these prices in our store, a GO discount card costing just £4 per year is needed.
All prices quoted instore and online include UK VAT where appropriate. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.
Special Offers/Promotions: These are any items with a discount greater than 10% off the RRP. These products will be available in limited quantities, sizes and colours. When stock of a special offer runs out we will no longer be able to supply that item at the special offer price. Nor will we be able to offer exchanges for special offers returned after stock has run out.
Prices found through search engines may not be accurate as they may include prices from older seasons, product lines and promotions. Prices found on our products using our own search facility will be correct and accurate.
GO Outdoors will beat any UK price on our entire tent range! Tent must be like for like (make, model and year). Proof of the selling price at the other store will be required. Delivery charges are considered part of the price for comparison purposes. This means the other stores tent price plus it's delivery charge to post that tent is the final price we will match (our matched price will be inclusive of delivery charge too!). Tents must be available and ready to dispatch with other companies.

- Product being price matched must be new and identical in specification
- Price Guarantee is applicable against any competitor to GO Outdoors in the mainland UK, including any UK websites but excluding auction sites, market stalls, private sales, liquidation sales or typographical errors.
- Product must be in stock at competitor and available for immediate purchase or delivery
- GO Outdoors must be able to verify the offer with the competitor
- Prices must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges where applicable
- All Price Guarantee transactions are at the discretion of GO Outdoors
- GO Outdoors reserves the right to withdraw the Price Guarantee at any time.
We endeavour to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels of the company but some products can sell out very quickly, therefore, placing an order with us does not guarantee availability. We will, of course, make every effort to fulfil your order and if this is not possible we will let you know as soon as possible. Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us on 08450 020 888 to check availability.
Please note: When you click the order button, your card is checked by a secure banking system but no money is debited from your account straight away. Payment is only taken from your card when your items have been picked and your order is ready for dispatch.
Please allow 7 working days from placing your order until expecting it at your door. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock and reassure payment has not been taken. (It is our policy not to charge for goods until the entire order is packed and ready for dispatch).
We also do this to see if an alternative item would be suitable. When orders leave the warehouse, unless an item is particularly small or large, orders are shipped by courier on a next day basis. Smaller items may be sent via royal mail, special or recorded delivery and may take longer to arrive. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives.
If the item is returned to us due to a missed delivery/collection then we will refund the cost of the items not including the delivery cost.
In-Store Pickups:
Unfortunately, after the 7th June 2008 this option will no longer be available.
The Prices shown for all of our products are in pounds sterling (GBP), as is the delivery charge.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express. GO Outdoors Ltd will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported by the site.
The website itself does not take payment at the time of ordering. It is our policy not to charge for goods until the entire order is packed and ready for dispatch. All recepits will be provided with the order as it is shipped. If incorrect payment details are supplied we may contact you to ascertain the proper details.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted via Protx which is a UK payment gateway that specialises in processing secure online credit card transactions using 128 bit SSL encryption.
The payment will appear on your card statement as WWW.GOOUTDOORS.CO.UK. Should you need to contact us about your order GO Outdoors Ltd will respond to any enquiries within 2 business days.
We keep all personal and confidential information secure, it is not shared with or sold to any third parties. The information we ask for is only to verify credit card status and for the processing and dispatch of your order.
We will ask you for the card verification value which is the stand alone 3 digits represented on the reverse of your card. You will find this on the signature strip. We request this to prevent fraudulant use of your card details.
You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into.
All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.

Occasionally it is not possible to show an image with the proper colour, but we make every effort to minimise this.
